弹性抗震铰支座适用于大跨度空间结构及大跨度梁板，支座的受力部件大部分采用钢件。橡胶垫也是按标准生产并用密封圈将橡胶与空气隔离,重要的是支座外表面采用耐海洋大气、抗紫外线防腐处理，不锈钢板、聚四氟乙烯滑板、橡胶密封圈等均按jt391-1999标准规定执行，其中减振弹簧按qcn29035-91汽车钢板弹簧技术条件执行。铸钢按gb/t11352-1989、gb/t14408-1993标准执行。
弹性抗震铰支座的工作原理：转角是由球芯与上座板和底座的相对转动来实现；位移是由底座在箱体中的滑移实现；抗竖向拉力由上座板、底座和箱体实现；水平力由箱体、底座和上座板实现。
选用支座时应注意承载力的大小、竖向拉力的大小、水平力的大小，并注意位移量和转角，以及水平弹性刚度，弹性抗震铰支座又分为双向活动（sx）、单向活动（dx）和固定（gd）型三种，无论哪种形式的支座，我公司均可定做生产。
